MODULE 9 Being Personally Accountable

Accountability allows us to be answerable for our efforts or actions. In relationships, we can be accountable to one another, and gain a point of focus in the relationship at hand, whether it’s with our close friends, colleagues, co-workers, bosses, mentors, or to ourselves.

This course will provide you with insight into what it means to be personally accountable, to understand the three types of accountability, to become more accountable at work, school, and in life as well as how accountability applies to team building through increased trust, higher productivity, and optimal results.
